Booking and rescheduling

Your session time is held for you as soon as you book. If you need to change it, please let me know at least 48 hours ahead. You can cancel with the link in your confirmation and pick a new time, or send a message and we'll sort it out.

If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll pick a new time together at no charge.

Session fees

Session fees are paid at your session. Prices are listed on each session page and the booking page.

Digital downloads

Because downloads are delivered instantly, all download sales are final. If a file won't open or a download doesn't work, send a message and we'll make it right.

Download links last 30 days from purchase. Save your photos somewhere safe; if your link expires, ask and we'll reopen it.

Using your photos

Your downloads come with a personal-use license: print them, frame them, share them on social media and send them to family. Please don't edit them with filters, remove a watermark, or sell them. Tagging us when you share is always appreciated.

Privacy

We collect your name, email and phone number only to schedule your session and deliver your photos. We never sell or share your information. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
